UNUSUAL HIGH LATENCY

Hi, today i hop on the game and found out my latency is crazy high like go over 1k billion ms. Usually i only get about 3 to 7ms but today is really high and i cant fix it even i reinstall my windows and it doesnt help at all my specs: i3 10105f - 1660ti - 16gb 3200 - windows 10 Thanks all.
