DeckyLoader won't appear in offline mode
I've just got a Legion Go and I installed BazziteOS right away. It's amazing... There are of course some little issues I've had to deal with but the biggest one until now is that DeckyLoader won't work is I am not connected to a wlan network or in offline mode. Welll it only happens after I restart but thats means I can't turn off the device if I know I am going to use it in a place with out internet. That's a problem because BazziteOS depends on DL to use TDP settings through plugins.
Could you help me fix this? I have already read other threads in github talking about it and looked for a solution on the Bazzite discord but noone seems to have found a solution yet.
It also seems like it's not working on the background because I played a game yesterday and set my TDP settings for that game to work fine but today without DeckyLoader appearing it was running noticible worse.

This might be an issue with decky itself but i do want to try replicate the issue myself.
I just got a legion go just for testing like this and i cannot replicate this @JaniSoto
is this while steam offline mode is enabled or is it "just not connected to a network" but steam is actually in online mode
nvm managed to replicate by turning off wifi and restarting (putting steam in offline mode and restarting did not replicate this)
I cannot replicate it in steamOS, but we do not do anything after gamemode starts steam and before that we dont do anything 🤔
Just turn WLAN off and restart. Decky Loader won't appear until I turn on WLAN again... But no need to restart again

oddly enough doesnt happen when offline mode is enabled in steam
And it only happens on the legion go... On my steam deck it is still there

No. My deck runs SteamOS
ok, i will grab someone with bazzite on deck for a control test there then, dont have any spare ssds to use for bazzite for the deck

Well... I've tried these cases to see exactly when it happens and I've found out:
1. WLAN turned on & connected to a network without internet.
+ Offline mode disabled: Decky DOES appear after restart.
+ Offline mode enabled: Decky DOES appear after restart.
2. WLAN turned on but no networks around.
+ Offline mode disabled: Decky DOES NOT appear after restart.
+ Offline mode enabled: Decky DOES NOT appear after restart.
3. WLAN turned off.
+ Offline mode disabled: Decky DOES NOT appear after restart.
+ Offline mode enabled: Decky DOES NOT appear after restart.
It seems like it only has to be connected to a network to work... Regardless of the Offline mode being enabled or not. I don't know if it helps but there it is...
same thing i did in steamos and decky was always loaded after restart on the deck with steamos
