I can't get any pokemon around me, but I can do everything else. Is this a ban?

Same for me, friendlist is not loading and like that
Don’t login in the next 1-2 days at least, some say you shouldn’t spoof in the next 5-7 days
Shadow banned uninstall the app and download the official app so you won’t get detected and so your account won’t lead to a 30 day suspension

i can still battle and catch stuff on incense but nothing spawns and friends list don't work how long does this last and i didnt get a warning

You should stop spoofing.
You don’t have to stop spoofing entirely just whenever you get hit with a soft banned stop spoofing during the 7 day period and after it you could start spoofing until hit again with the shadow ban
It’s been 7 days and I still have the problem

But I never got banned b4
I’d say stop spoofing until a specific day then you could spoof that day and stop completely most likely for a month
Since ik good pokemon’s are coming out this month try stopping for now until a Pokemon you like releases then spoof for that current day then just stop for like a month or so since your account is flagged

Or you could create an alt account and trade all your good things to your main🤷🏻♂️ which is a safer route
