My game crashes and i get a 7 days ban from competitive when i was playing team deathmatch

They might be able to remove the restriction π

My screen goes black and i cant do anything and then it just crashes does this count?
most likely a gpu driver crashing
Yeah but its happening when i play valorant, when i play other games it doesnt happen the same.

I have tried the support ticket for crashing it helps no bit its basically useless to make a ticket for it they don't actually do anything but send you a bot message telling you that oh you have a restriction deal with it
