i had the same issue with valorant and i fixed it by going to ur game files - C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64
and then to VALORANT-Win64-Shipping properties -> compatibity and turned off "turn on as administrator" thingy and it worked
and did the same thing in C:\Riot Games\VALORANT\live -> VALORANT.exe
basically u cant run valorant as administrator

i alr did, twice
Check windows event viewer
Uncheck all of the compatibility settings
