valorant 100% disc usage

valorant will take 8-10 mins to load into the lobby and to get into the game after character select. i have never had this problem before. i have plenty of space on the hdd. i play tons of other games and they work fine. ive downloaded the game on my ssd and hdd and no matter what it still does this. what do i do?
