Polyester/Wool Blend Winter Coats
Anyone have experience with mixed fabric wool coats? I'm looking at this one: https://www.express.com/clothing/men/plaid-double-breasted-wool-blend-topcoat/pro/04105801 as pretty much no one makes interesting coats in tall sizes anymore, even fewer do so with 100% wool. To some degree I'll take what I can get, if it's not the worst decision in the world.

Have you tried looking secondhand/vintage?
I mean, for $250 I wouldn't expect the quality to be very good. A nicely made 100% wool coat isn't going to be cheap
I picked up a wool/synthetic coat from J Crew... I guess we'll see if it's any good come winter. It's not perfect, but for $25 at Goodwill I can't complain. I think I spent more on dry cleaning it.
I can get it for $100 with the deal. Unfortunately secondhand and vintage are basically out as I'm 6'8" and the market ain't great for stuff my size
