For those using otter AI, are you connecting the splitter to the audio output of the mixer and then using a 3.5mm male-to-male connector to route the audio to your persoanl computer? Having trouble figuring out how to get the audio feed to otter AI on my personal computer

that's exactly what i'm doing, yeah
one split goes to mixer
the other split goes 3.5mm male to male into personal
that by itself is enough
but my mac has more usb-c ports than 3.5mm ports
so i do an additional converter 3.5mm to aux

@totaldev Hey there, hoping I could follow up with you on Otter. So I'm getting a low audio quality warning message in Otter, and the program is only recording single words. Did I mess up my tech setup? I have the splitter coming out of my mixer, then have a TRRS 3.5mm hooked from the microphone end of the splitter to the microphone port of my personal computer.
