Which job to put on the resume while I am OEing, or use my oldest resume before OEing (about 1y old almost)? I am looking for a J3.

👉 If YES: Use your previous job (old resume) but still say you're present
👉 If NO:
Q. Are you willing to use your concurrent OE job, or pretend you're unemployed?
If FORMER:
Just use your current job, whichever job you're willing to lose.
If LATTER:
Use your previous job (old resume).

What risk is there of pretending to be unemployed? I believe that is the safest. I do not want to lose any jobs.

eh, if there's already googleable stuff on you at your current job then they'll probably see it and wonder "why didn't you put down that you're employed"
its also hard(er) to be competitive as unemployed
linearly harder the longer the gap
otherwise.... not so much
getting caught = no offer
