Humm , MITapp devloper for a beginner and more basic application, flutter more advanced and pro application, Android studio if you want native development...
(That my personal choice)
I use MIT app a lot, easy to use for small apps
Same. App Inventor is quire intuitive and used it a couple of times while in school for robotics projects. Not sure about app optimizations and customizing the UI and Interfaces(usually comes with templates)
Android Studion should also be a good starting point.
