Subscribed to CF Load Balancer with 2 origins for 5$/month but were charged 600$ for it

Hello, Context: We own a "low tier" Entreprise contract (officially we don't have a CSM) because my budget is limited; All negociated services on this contract is handled through annual payment, and signed in a separate contract. On some service we do not subscribe through this contract but rather through "self serve" charging by credit card allowing us to subscribe to more CF products not on entreprise plan (it's better than not subscribing at all because the price is too expansive for us) Problem: So 2 months ago, we wanted to try CF Load Balancer. As I don't have the budget for the entreprise offer I followed the flow on CF website to subscribe. (see screenshot) 5$/month for 2 origins + requests. That's perfect for us for our use case (especially because team didn't plan to test the load balancer it before june, it would only be 10$ "wasted") Today I just noticed that we got charged 600$/month (so now 1200$). Note that it's not additionnal request since we didn't use the service yet. I feel that I was tricked between the subscription modal (see screenshot) that says to me 5$/month, and then when actually billed, the 5$ becomes 600$
