No one will give you a straight answer, but you are not the only one that feels this way. A lot of other people say it's a scam as it honestly doesnt feel like it makes a difference. I have all 3 passes and have yet to unlock a legendary or even a purple. Of course it isn't going to be a guaranteed roll, but man spending 20 dollars on luck for rolls honestly doesn't feel like it works🤷🏽♂️
