Freezing on load, taking too long to get into a queued game

Does anyone's game also freeze on the loading screen or in the agent select before each match after the new patch? I always get in late, it also seems like I get disconnected, as I am always faced a different direction (that happens to those who disconnected normally) I wanted to do a dm now, I was stuck on the "match found" screen for at least two minutes, long load time for a dm has been normal for me but at least I was always on the loading screen. It also gets stuck after I finish a game, I thought it was normal because it's been happening for so long, but whenever I play with someone they always have to wait for me to get out of it, so I guess that's also not so great. Prior to that, I had a problem with my game freezing when someone dodged, the screen would stay on the loading screen while the game was still running in the background, I'd get warnings for dodging, even tho it was never truly my fault, it is what it is tho. I don't know if it still happens as I hadn't had a dodge in a while, it also didn't always happen, it was more of a 50/50 chance thing. I found some posts about this on reddit, they were more than a year old too so uhhh... riot? Anybody know how to fix this? Also my pc is just fine, I'm not saying I have a giant gaming station over here, but it's not old or anything, everything runs fine and with good fps, just Valorant. (Thanks for any help!)
Solution:
This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it. Use windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have. Learn how to defragment: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/defragment-your-windows-10-pc-048aefac-7f1f-4632-d48a-9700c4ec702a
Solid State Drives (SSD) and Hard Disk Drives (HDD) are data storage devices. SSDs are usually much smaller, thinner, and offer more storage volume, speed, and efficiency compared to HDDs....

not sure if it's a good idea for me to have Valorant on my ssd, as there's system files etc

Ok Are you still getting them? normally, Valorant is pretty stable the one that isn’t is Vanguard, which causes the most amount of blue screens and errors
