Help tracking down 7900xtx aqua clock and power limits being wrong/ clocks resetting with lact.
Clocks reset after being applied with lact. Default bios boost clock is 2935 with 552w tbp power limit in windows. They will stay for a bit and then revert to 2500 and the ram clocks will reset as well along with power limits.
Lact and core control un-installed. cpu-x reports 2500mhz boost clocks upon boot and a 330/360w power limits.
Card is also always reporting t to lact temp Hotspot throttle but behaves properly in windows.
Im hoping to help track down what is at least resetting the clocks etc to help it get resolved so I can fire windows into the sun.

The throttling is a different issue to the clocks not setting afaik
that seems to just be a problem with 31 and 32
Well, I guess it could be related if the other issue also only happens on 31 and 32

throttle_status in gpu_metrics for Navi31 always show TEMP_HOTS...throttle_status, indep_throttle_status for RX 7900 XTX (Sapphire NITRO+ RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X) available from gpu_metrics almost always shows TEMP_HOTSPOT, even when idling.
yeah but the clocks being set below the bios defaults on boot isn't right
