access form1 controls from a usercontrol

(im a beginner at c#) I have a problem and I can't find a solution to make a usercontrol called PaginaPrincipal.cs access my panel called "panelUserControl" which is in form1.

I tried to use this code but it seems that all it does is create a new form and make the changes in the new form and not in the form that already exists this code is in form1 i fixed it
