So i can't report a cheater that's cheating on a tiktok live cuz i never played with him?
I tried reporting him for cheating (and promoting cheats) but i need to play against him then report him how does that make any sense?

you cant report people that you never played with. i guess its just the safest way to stop spam reports.
also tiktok cheat streams are almost every time pre recorded to lure people to buy cheats that have been detected or just nothing (scam)
no he's playing games and interacting (5K likes = 1 legit round...)
