can't access worker from Russia: timeout and connection reset
so, i just created a worker (for now - just a Hello world), it is https://cbr-currency-shim.peajackboatan.workers.dev BUT i can't access it (timeout, connection reset). cloudflare status says thats all ok, but it is still doesn't load. also, dashboard says that there were no requests, so it is not issue with my code

so, people from other region checked my worker, and it is (wow) working. the trouble now - why can't I access it from Russia?
ISP Shenanigans are the culprit pretty often.
Some ISPs see malware somewhere on

If you put it on a custom domain, it should work
Rostelecom and Yota are different things, afaik

soo you don't think that it is Cloudflare issue?
Cloudflare can and generally does contact ISPs/government entities to try to get their domains unblocked, but it is at the discretion of the ISP/government whether they actually do end up unblocking it
