Hello. I have a problem with my CloudFlare account. I can't add new domains because it tells me that my account is blocked. I entered the payment area and all invoices appear as paid. I opened a support ticket but was not helped. Please, an admin or someone with a function help me unlock my account? Thank you.

What do you mean the support ticket didn’t help? Was it opened as a billing ticket?

Yes, one ticket only. But I keep waiting for several days and nothing happens. And I urgently need to unblock the account. Do you think you can help me please?
I can try and bump the tickets but that’s it
