A mixture of Na₂CO₃ and NaHCO₃ liberates 448mL of CO₂ at STP, percentage of Na₂CO₃ in the mix is?

I'm having trouble with question 31, I attempted it with the given information but it's not working (second image). I checked the solution online and it seems that they are assuming that sodium carbonate doesn't decompose. Googling "sodium carbonate decomposition" shows that it does decompose to Na₂O and CO₂. The answer is given as (b) 16%.
