i think you just click on "i understand"
i believe its presence is restricting me from q'ing premier
i press i understand, have no other penalites or restrictions to my ability to q any gamemode except premier
where it says im ineligible to q because i have a comp restriction
even tho i can q comp fine???????

yeah
that happens to me sometimes but usually i just click okay and i can enter the premier area... not sure if you can still queue tho cuz i havent tried. but id assume maybe a month or so
dont get penalties in next 30 days
