Riot Vanguard won't install

Hello. I had to delete the riot vanguard and now it won't install at all (it says "We couldn't install a required dependency). I did a lot of methods but none worked. Any suggestion?

I tried every single method The only method was to reset the whole pc (well I kinda wanted to do that so it wasn't a big deal for me). So if anyone else has this problem, resetting the pc will resolve if any other method doesn't.
