game mode doesnt work and graphic intensive games crash upon bootup, do i need to reinstall bazzite
did i install bazzite deck wrong because graphically intensive games crash when i try to launch them (Source engine games like Counter Strike 2 for example) or load into a level (Garry's Mod) and when i try entering game mode it says that theres an X application error
the display environment variable is set to :0 like its supposed to but i cant execute the xclock command
do i need to reinstall bazzite deck or nah

still have no clue what i did wrong
im wondering it it has to do with me forgetting to enable secure boot
im going to reinstall bazzite deck and then enroll a secure boot key during installation and see if that fixes it
Could you share what version of Bazzite that you are running with
rpm-ostree status. Also what hardware are you running Bazzite on?i'm running it on radeon rx 570 and ryzen 7 3700x, plus 16 gb of ram
Game mode is broken on that GPU at this time, it's missing required features
Valve is working on it
The crashing I'm not sure, would need logs from these games
Try enabling above 4g encoding in your bios if it's disabled
And make sure CSM is off
so ig i have to switch off bazzite deck to normal bazzite 😔
im having another issue with normal bazzite
when im booting into emulated games sometimes my system just hangs before crashing the emulator
this happens with RPCS3 and Ryujinx
is this an OOM issue
im just reinstalling bazzite tbh
