VALORANT taking a long time to launch and very slow first-time launch match load times.
Whenever I launch the game it takes about 4-5 minutes to start up and load, and then when I enter a match and select my agent and start loading it takes 2-3 minutes for me to load and I usually miss pistol round.
I don't really know whats causing this, I tried multiple fixes but nothing has worked (I've been having this issue for like a couple of months now)

you need to install valorant on an SSD, since HDDs are too slow to get the needed data in time!

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
