Did I get banned or is anyone else having issues with login

I’m pretty sure you could only login through Google or Facebook acc idk though
I can't even log into the pokemon website, let alone pokemon go. not sure what's happening

Try reinstalling the game if that doesn’t work restart ur phone then retry
I'm getting the same message however my other 3 accounts all work fine. Even tried on 2 diferent devices.

Just got that message on another account, does anyone know how to fix this or should I just send customer support an email?
