Vercel Data Cache Debugging

I there an way to see what fetch requests hit the Data Cache? I have an fetch which should be opted out of but since I'm using a library I can't access the fetch directly. It's suppsed to be able to take fetch options but I've not found a way to verify if this is actually working. The closest I've found is the number of reads for the project, but nothing on individual fetches. I've read the docs on Disabling the Data Cache, but they don't include any mention any tools or methods for actually checking what's in the cache.
