ping spikes

i'm getting super high ping spikes up to 1000 in eu. anyone know how to fix?

i'm in eu btw usually get only 21 ping in london and now i get up to 1000

maybe corupted game files had the same problem until i noticed i val took like 3 tb

i checked and it was only 3gb i deleted it anyway and i'm gonna reinstall tomorrow
