I've got the Constellation Alpha now set in the configurator window (as your screenshot shows, thank you for that), but I'm still not getting any button inputs to display

The grip should just work with any profile, but specific Virpil functionality with the Alpha profile.
Can you enable the "Generic grip (debug)" and check the output in the debug tab?
My guess it could be something electrical, maybe the connectors don't mate properly or maybe issue with internal harness for the grip.
Do you have any other grip, does that work?

I think I might know what's happening. I'm going to take the threaded male connector off of the rhino and check the connection there
no need to take that off, the two screws holding the socket exposes all the connection stuff

Found it! Looks like the yellow wire somehow became detatched
I believe I've got it reattached. I'm going to make sure I've got enough slack in the wire to not have a similar issue, and I'll report back if that fixed it. I've got high hopes!
It worked!! Thanks everyone, my problem was fixed by reattaching the yellow wire, I felt like I was defusing a bomb 😎
