are we fire yet
Do we have a "are we X yet" website/repo/whatever? Rust's series of "are we web/data/game/etc yet" websites were a big part of helping people pick packages to build in order to help Rust's ecosystem. Perhaps we just need a single "are we fire yet" site that lists stuff. Some of that "stuff" is going to be really foundational packages (regex, data-structures, parsers, etc) and some is going to be higher-level (some kind of web framework, a game engine, etc). I think it would be helpful to map out some needs to help people answer the question:
What can I make (for the greater Mojo ecosystem) that is part of the path toward what I want to have for my own pet-project?ref: are we web yet are we data yet are we GUI yet are we game yet ...there are many more.

Thinking selfishly, I was envisioning some kind of flowchart or vector-edge graph. But I don't want to build it. 😄
Honestly, we could even just make a lazy-start Google Sheet that lists stuff and their dependencies. Then, folk could look at what base-level building blocks are needed to build MyCoolThing.
You want BeautifulSoup for Mojo? First make parsers; lots of them. And http/s. And, and, and. You want a Game Engine in Mojo? (somebody had asked in a Questions post) First make {{ insert HUGE list of reqs }} You want to make a Mojo CLI tool that is like Fuzzy Find? First get a CLI tool (like Prism) and solid Regex (derp) and more....That sort of info.
We could also create each major x project with an explanation of its domain. Then, we could leave it to the community to manage and contribute. Many people are too busy to start and maintain a new major x project but are happy to push small patches that fit a well-written API.
It should probably all be on one main website though because it makes it easier to find them all in one place
