Not letting me catch
Pokemon our popping up I can click on them and everything but once I catch I will go to storage and none are there that I caught.

I can catch stuff if i use my regualr app but if i try to spoof somewhere it wont let me

After catching from regular app, close the app for 2-3 hours, and then open the mod version. It is most likely a case of softban
