GPU pods taking long time to install python packages
Horrible download speeds. it is actually disrupting my productivity as I have to wait for 2-3 hours for a few libraries to download. please look into this and kindly help

@Harish Natarajan same with me, I tried downloading tensorflow and it took almost 1.5 hours to download, it is eating up a lot of time just to setup and environment.
@Harish Natarajan I'm facing the same issue since last week, while installing pytorch or tensorflow, it's taking more than 30 minutes easily.

10kb/s is so bad it makes me think this is intentionally being throttled

Is there somewhere I can find old pod IDs? I shut it down was to expensive to wait for download
