SDK with cloudflare Workers to Webflow?

i have the following SDK and want to try to automate the legal texts from the api. But i only handles. PHP. Is it possible with CLoudflare Workers? How can i do this with Javascript?

not really sure but don't think so. It lists PHP as a requirement and I have 0 PHP experience. You might ask on Stack Overflow?
