It's a fairly basic piece. So you almost can't go wrong with it. Shirts/ sweater/ hoodie in light color if you want to stand out more. Or some more colorful sweater for Drake's or ALD style.

Its mostly cotton so i would have to wear warmer inners? Sorry i don't live in a country with winters but am planning on wearing this for my vacation this winter
Car coats should be weather proof. I assume you can wear it with tees in 15-ish C. If you want to get somewhere cooler, a nice sweater is needed. If you're going somewhere under 0 C, layering am extra jacket is what you need.
what temperature are we talking about? those kind of coats are generally quite thin
Like nothing below 0 degrees celcius
below 10°C I often wear a light puffer jacket/ gilet underneath the coat, if I’m not wearing a thick sweater
