riot support isnt answering me ive been waiting 2 days. i know it says may take up to 24 hours but 2 days feels like alot. anyone know how long it normally takes?

ive waited twice what there maximum wait time is on there website
maybe support teams dont usually reply to me that fast but i guess the only other ones ive used are for rainbow six siege or fortnite so idk\
i wouldnt be mad its the fact that there website says can take up to 24 hours
you usually recieve a notification in your inbox saying they have more tickets to answer than usual so it takes longer. however a couple days are a standard for the support to reply, afaik depending on the topic of the issue!
