I need opinions on this piece
I showed this to my few friends and most of them advised me that it does not look good. So I ofc had to ask here if I am the only one who likes this.

I like the idea but I'm not really big on the color scheme or the logo on the chest
I also prefer a vneck knit vest but that's just me personally
I haven't tried a v neck in pretty long time.
looks hard to style to be honest, the wavy hem especially. i also think there's too much going on with the colours on the collar/arm opening being so close to the pattern on the chest

As ler said, it will be hard to conventionally style it as a vest as a result
Shoutout to Casablanca though, they make shirts with similar wave patterns as does a brand called Yitai
It makes more sense when you can use a shirt to build around
That wavy hem does make it look more like a crop top. But tbh I was only sold on this piece because it felt like a versatile piece to me.
Only if your wardrobe calls for it
Versatility is only dependent on what you, the dresser, are able to do with it
Thats true. I mostly would have paired it over a tee or under a jacket tho. I have not tried going sleeveless in outdoors yet.
And also I don't like resort shirts. So I dont see myself trying Casablanca shirts 😩
That'd be underselling the pattern of the piece imo
