Only using 10% of cpu, low FPS
I have no idea why but I did everything rem's optimization guide told me, whenever i would switch to performance power or anything thats supposed to boost my fps my FPS literally does not go up a single bit, when I checked in task manager only 10-20% of my cpu is being used, why is that? I feel like my fps literally went down over the span of a month from 300 to around 180.

which build do you have?
I have ryzen 5 5600g and a gtx 980 ti
if you need anything else let me know ill check
weird, bc i have this issue too, but I have a Ryzen 3600 and a RX 5700 XT
same thing happens to me, but since I have low end pc, it goes from 120 to 1 fps REAL QUICK for a few seconds before returning up. idk whats happening but it has been a month since it happened, and it got worse on the recent patch 😦
Something similar happens to me and I still haven't found a solution, I have an RTX 3060
try and get a liquid cpu cooler should stop the drops and download gefoarce expierience
a cooler doesnt change your usage
you can try turning on multithread rendering if you havent
and also try and turn up anisotropic filter to boost usage
it just decreases my fps instead of boosting usage
and my multithread is on
