outdoor “garden cocktail “ attire wedding.
Hi all
Thought the suit I had fit me for a wedding. I’m going to in nine days checked on about a day or so ago and turns out it doesn’t fit as well as I thought (it shrunk !) .
I don’t have a lot of time any suggestions for where I could buy a linen or a linen blended suit that will suffice?

9 days? I would be running to every place that sells OTR suits within 50 miles, finding the best fitting thing in linen, tropical wool and/or silk, and begging a tailor TOMORROW to make alterations in time
I’m not sure somewhere like spier & Mackay will be able to get you a suit in time much less any alterations

Nordstrom can probably do it, but it will be expensive
I have been sensing that as a trend.
9 days is not a lot of time. It's a textbook case of the adage: "Fast, cheap, good. Pick 2"
I chose cheap and fast - I picked up the linen suit from J. Crew
I can post pics later, if interested
I guess while I am here - any suggestions for a linen shirt that have band collars?
