problem with account login

So I contacted riot support wich was no help, my acc has to be updated because I have not played on it in a while, but to update it I need to login but I can’t because it says I need to update my account so I am in a circle and I’m stuck. I have literal proof that my account is mine (emails etc of 2 factor authentication, email change, confirmation, etc) I am lost on what to do pls help me.
