High Ping in my own region

I live in Indonesia and the preferred region for me to play is singapore as it gives me about 30-40 ping give or take, but now everytime i load up valorant it shows that i have very high ping on singapore and therefore they put me on other servers like hong kong or mumbai where i cant communicate too well on. Sometimes this issue fixes itself but mostly it will just stay at above 500+ ms in the lobby. Ive used exitlag to get rid of this issue but my free trial has ran out so i have to fix this issue on my own. How do i fix this?
