the process is already running

Hello, today i tried to install valorant again, after uninstalling few months ago. When I try to install valorant, the installation program says me that a riot process is runing in the background. PLZ some help. PD; I already uninstalled EVERYTHING from Riot, Vanguard, Valorant, etc...
