VAN 1067

Hi, I've had the VAN 1067 error for a while now. I have watched a lot of youtube tutorials to try and fix it but to no avail. I contacted support and they told me to wait until they made progress on the investigation and fixed the bug. It's been a week and my game is still crashing. If anyone has a solution I'd love it.
