game keeps freezing when im loading in or someone queue dodges
i get a penalty for it, i have 1gb speed cable internet and my specs are good how do i fix this?

i have this same issue too, idk why it does it but it always happens when someone dodges
I had this until I replaced the hdd with an ssd in my laptop..
i thought it might be a pc problem when i played on laptop but ive recently switched to a pretty beefy pc and i still have this issue sometimes
