secure boot error message

Help pls my friend everytime he tries to open valorant the secure boot message keeps popping up and we’ve tried basically everything to running riot as administrator to checking uefi settings enabled everything we needed to and it still pops up

Ok i check my windows+r and it says my secure boot state is off but i swear ive tried everything enabling it It says enable on my bios and my uefi Etc
