i have issues with terraform ubuntu server initial coder setup

Error: Invalid provider registry host
The host "registry.terraform.io" given in provider source address
"registry.terraform.io/coder/coder" does not offer a Terraform provider
registry.

i get that error when i try to create a template from scratch and when i use premade ones teraform exits with error code 1

It was blank I just followed the instructions I tried to use the started docker template and terraform exits with error 1 and when I try to make mine I get

how are you creating the template ?

I followed the instructions on the documentation and select from scratch , but previously I followed the instructions and used the preset blank docker template but it also failed It stays at creating template and loads forever I am using the gui with my brower remotely
