I understand u create a new thread of your old thread, but do consider making a propre title and providing all the code again preferable use github(so its testable) because paste have a 30 days limit that will delete files and all your files in that post are gone now, so people can't look at it and help u.
Also provide more information about the environment i.e.: is this a local network? what is the road trip from server to client, and perhaps add some calculation of time between sent and receive responses, like some timestamp or something u can track to see how they are being sent on A received on B compared for how long it took A to B + time it took to run the command etc.
