i think atkins has it (its overkill)
but generally conductance is not there in most other highschoolbooks
i have not had time to check this q out but my general sense is that you have to do simultaneous equlibria to get solubility values.
the water thing is throwing me off, will have to think how to approach this.

if the issue is that of the exponent, then try the conversion between cm and m, that should work
for cm to metre in the molar conductivity formula, just replace 1000 with 10^-3
