Can this style be considered as Old Money? If not, what is it?

i would not consider this 'old money', as that tends to be a little lighter in colors and softer in terms of fabrics used (cashmere, linen, silk, etc.) at least to me it feels like the collage is adapting (at least in attempt) roaring 20s style for more "modern" times
