Long connect problem

Hello everyone! I have a question or more of a problem. For some time now, when I turn on Valorant and then start a match, it takes a very long time to load, the loading screen is literally frozen (example below) and sometimes it takes 5/10 minutes to load, and sometimes it sends me to the lobby. Anyone know what the problem is?
I tried reinstalling the game and checking file integrity. My internet is pretty good too.

It happens when a player does not select any agent but your case is different and at what time it sends back to the lobby. Your internet connection would be good but the server you are connected might be slow can you send a screenshot of your server

For me, it takes 3 to 5 minutes at the loading screen and sometimes 10 minutes. You might be having high ping
