Whenever I clip in Valorant with stretch res, It has black bars on the side.

I use AMD adrenaline to record my clips and clipping 1920x1080 works perfectly fine. When I clip with 1650x1080 or any other stretch res on val it will come with these thick bars on the side and the actual video is quite compressed. Need help if anyone knows how to fix :)) GPU: 7900XT CPU: 7800X3D
