2.0 Tpm and secure boot On a legacy only Disk?

I have 2.0 TPM
My only problem is my disk is a legacy boot
And when I put on secure
It doesn't work
Windows wouldn't boot
I have 2 pcs one is false hwid banned and that's why my brother gave me his old pc
But the disk is legacy only
And I can't play valorant
win+r, msinfo32, send a photo

i just checked my tpm its 2.0 and good
now all i have to do is find out if i can fix my secure boot options

There are certain hp machines that just don't like being in uefi mode and completely brick your installation of windows
You don't have the same model as everyone else so I thought I could proceed safely
