Riot Vanguard blocking inpoutx64.sys
Why, what is this anyway? I cant find a program related to this... it is not recommended to delete files from system32 folder!

There are multiple programs that could be using that file and I can't run them down one by one since I will literally just be googling it and then asking you the question so to be faster if you did that yourself
Normally this happens when Vanguard doesn't trust the file that is being run. So either uninstall the program that's using it. Or you can just delete the file
